Gaanja Pistoolwaley aka Pistool Ganja aka Swachcha Bhai was born in the midst of ennui four years ago in the fertile mind of journalist and writer Mayank Chhaya. He was born as a 50-year-old mid-level gangster who carries out contract hits. 

All this is, of course, completely fictional and none of what you see or hear here actually happens. In his avatar as Swachcha Bhai he has become a crusader for the ‘Clean India’ campaign employing his tough love against wayward citizens. This short is the first tentative step by Swachcha Bhai to augment his rapidly diminishing savings. As he points, much of it sucks but he will get there eventually.
