Offering snapshots of  a 40-year-old career might take some doing. Please bear.

Onto a new career--Radio journalism

After nearly four decades as a hard news print journalist, I am starting what would hopefully be a productive phase as a radio journalist. As of March 1 I have taken over as the Chief Content Editor and Mentor of Bharat FM, a new radio station out of Cincinnati and Chicago set to serve the news and entertainment needs of Indian American and South Asian American communities.

While we have just begun building our website and content, I got of the ground with my first segment, a tribute to Sahir Ludhianvi, one of India's most acclaimed Hindi cinema song writers and poets. You can hear the 45-minute segment on the player to the left.

In the next days and weeks this page will become more vibrant with a diverse variety of audio content.
